GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility
Gifts or vouchers redemption are available to active members of Celmonze Royalty Rewards Club.
Minimum Age Requirement:
To redeem any gift or voucher, members must be at least 21 years old.
Validity Period:
All vouchers are valid for 60 days from the date of receipt (except birthday voucher).
Availability:
Gifts or vouchers are subject to availability and while stocks last.
Transferability:
Gifts or vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Cancellation:
Celmonze reserves the right to cancel or amend the gift or voucher redemption program at any time without prior notice.
Disputes:
Any disputes arising from the gift or voucher redemption process will be subject to the decision of Celmonze.
By redeeming a gift or voucher from the membership app, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Celmonze reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
GIFT REDEMPTION
Preferred Outlet Selection
Members must select their preferred outlet for gift collection during the redemption process.
Cancellation of Redemption
Once reward points are redeemed, the redemption cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.
Collection Period:
Your gift will be delivered to your preferred outlet within 14 working days.
Members are allowed 10 working days to collect their gift from the outlet upon notification from the outlet personnel.
Collection Requirements:
Members must present their voucher QR code to collect the gift. Failure to collect the gift within the specified period may result in forfeiture.
Warranty:
- This redemption gift comes with 7 days warranty, applicable only to electrical items, starting from the date of collection.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs.
- For any issues, please contact our customer service within the warranty period.
SERVICE VOUCHER
Booking Requirement
A minimum of ONE (1) week prior booking is required. Appointment is subject to availability. Rescheduling must be done at least THREE (3) days prior to reservation.
BIRTHDAY VOUCHER
Voucher Availability:
- Birthday vouchers will be issued to members during their birthday month.
- Birthday vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of receipt
- Only one voucher can be used per receipt.
- Cannot be combined with any other promo.
EXCLUSIVE PROMO
Voucher Limitation:
Each member is limited to one (1) purchase per exclusive promo voucher.
DONATION CAMPAIGN
Eligibility:
This voucher is available for redemption by members of the Celmonze app.
Redemption:
For every 1000 points redeemed, RM5 will be donated to the charity organization of your choice.
Donation Process:
We will calculate the total points donated and transfer the equivalent funds to the respective organization at the end of each quarter.
Beneficiary:
All funds will be donated under Celmonze Sdn Bhd.
Non-Refundable:
Once points are redeemed for donation, the redemption cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
Record Keeping:
Members can view their donation history in the app’s “My Vouchers” or “History” section.
Transparency:
Celmonze Sdn Bhd ensures that all donations are tracked and documented for transparency and accountability.
SPIN & WIN CAMPAIGN
Eligibility
This campaign is open to all Celmonze members with a valid membership account.
Staff of Celmonze and their immediate family members are NOT eligible to participate. In the event a staff member or their family member is identified as a winner, HQ reserves the right to cancel the prize and no points or compensation will be refunded.
Participation
- Members may participate in the Spin & Win campaign via the Celmonze App by redeeming points for spins during the campaign period.
- Each spin is considered final and non-refundable.
Prizes
Prizes won are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be substituted for other items unless stated otherwise by Celmonze.
Celmonze reserves the right to replace any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.
Prize Collection
- Physical prizes must be collected at the winner’s preferred outlet within the collection period stated. Unclaimed prizes after the deadline will be forfeited.
- Celmonze shall not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or unclaimed prizes after the collection period.
General
Celmonze reserves the right to amend, vary, or withdraw any of the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Decision by Celmonze in all matters related to the campaign, including the eligibility of participants and selection of winners, shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
